1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom or personalized orders may take additional time to process due to the nature of the product. Specific processing times for custom items will be communicated via email or product description.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the order. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after processing (additional costs apply).

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Local Pickup

For customers located near Shawano, WI, we offer a free Local Pickup option. If you select this option at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our store:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time during our business hours.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or high order volumes. If your delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if it is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at willowandashdecor@yahoo.com with your order number and details. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we may request photos of the damage to assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued.

  • Lost Orders: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If the order cannot be located, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
