1. All Sales Are Final

• No Refunds or Exchanges: All items sold by Willow & Ash Decor Co. are final sale, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and details before making a purchase.

• Custom and Personalized Items: Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once the order is placed. These items are specially created for you, and as such, all sales are final.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at willowandashdecor@yahoo.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or defective item

Once we receive your email, we will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit if the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
